Yoga Teacher Coming To Town
Dear Malaysian Yoga Enthusiasts,
Mr. Harold Sequeira, a teacher from the Yoga Institute of Santa
Cruz, Bombay, has
indicated that he is interested in coming to KL. It is regarding
organizing a series of talks based on the teachings at the Yoga
Institute.
According to a student who has studied there, "Santa Cruz is the
oldest institute in the world and emphasizes yoga as a way of life
(meaning it doesn't merely teach the asanas)."
