Yoga Classes Available In Kuala Lumpur
Learn Yoga for health and stress reduction. Individual classes only
(i.e., one student per class). It is more gratifying for me to give
complete attention to one student at a time.

Beginners Yoga: Build Strength,
Stamina, Balance
This course
is suitable for anyone who is new to yoga and is a perfect
introductory course to the world of yoga. The classes
emphasize
coordination between each posture and breathing. This gives new practitioners
a better understanding of the
benefits of various yoga postures as well as the know-how to
control and get the best out of Pranayama.
All yoga postures are gentle and smooth (not fast and furious),
so almost anyone of any age can learn. |
